Terms of service

1. Seller

These terms apply to purchases on this website, operated by SMS Rent d.o.o., Ulica kneza Ljudevita Posavskog 34a, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (“we”). Contact: info@aistyling.eu, +385 91 444 2288.

2. Contract

Product pages are an invitation to order. By clicking the order button you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email. The contract language is the language of the website you order from or English.

3. Your portrait and preview

We create your portrait from your photo with AI image tools and check it by hand. We email you a preview and print only after you approve it. You may ask for a new version free of charge if the preview is not right. Each portrait is a unique artistic interpretation; small differences in colours, fur and details compared with the photo are part of the style. If we cannot create a portrait that satisfies you, we refund the full price.

4. Photos you upload

You confirm that you have the right to use the photo you upload. You allow us to use it only to create, print and deliver your portrait. Photos showing illegal, offensive or third-party protected content will not be processed; in that case we refund the price.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in the displayed currency and include VAT. Delivery within the EU is free. You can pay with the payment methods offered at checkout.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are described in our shipping policy. Production starts after you approve your preview.

7. Withdrawal and warranty

Personalised portraits are excluded from the right of withdrawal. Your statutory warranty rights apply. Details are in our refund policy.

8. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and injury to life, body or health, and under mandatory product liability law. Otherwise we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

9. Applicable law

Croatian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

10. Digital portraits

With a digital portrait you receive phone and desktop wallpapers and, if you choose it, a high-resolution file for printing up to 50 × 70 cm. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for private, non-commercial purposes, including printing them for yourself. Resale or commercial use is not permitted.
