Refund policy

Personalised portraits

Every pet portrait is made to order from the photo you upload and the costume you choose. Because it is made to your personal specification, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply (Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU; in Germany § 312g(2) no. 1 BGB). We point this out on the product page before you order.

Before we print, we email you a preview. We print only after you approve it. If the preview is not right, we make a new version free of charge.

Damaged or faulty items

Your statutory warranty rights for defective goods apply in full (in the EU at least two years from delivery). If your portrait arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the preview you approved, please contact us at info@aistyling.eu with your order number and, if possible, a photo. In addition to your statutory rights, we offer you the choice of a free reprint or a full refund.

Products that are not personalised

You may withdraw from the purchase of a product that is not personalised within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. Send us a clear statement by email to info@aistyling.eu or by post to SMS Rent d.o.o., Ulica kneza Ljudevita Posavskog 34a, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. Return the item within 14 days of telling us. You may handle the item as you would in a shop to check it. We refund the price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal; we may wait until we receive the item or proof that you have sent it. You pay the direct cost of returning the item.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used.

Digital portraits

Digital portraits are personalised digital content. We deliver the files by email after you approve your preview. Before ordering you expressly agree that we begin delivery immediately after your approval, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Your rights in case of defective digital content are not affected.
