Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We deliver to all EU member states except Cyprus and Malta. Delivery is free and includes tracking.

How long it takes

  1. Preview: within 24 hours of your order we email you a preview of your portrait.
  2. Production: after you approve the preview, your portrait is printed by our print partner, usually within 2–4 business days. We hand it over for shipping no later than 5 business days after your approval.
  3. Delivery: usually 3–7 business days in Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands and Belgium, and up to 14 business days in other EU countries.

If we cannot deliver within 30 days of your approval, you may set us a reasonable additional period and, if that also passes, withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund.

Your portrait is printed at the print partner closest to you, so it may arrive from a country other than Croatia. You receive a tracking link by email when it ships.

Christmas

We publish the last order date for delivery before Christmas on our website in November. Please approve your preview promptly, because production starts only after your approval.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at info@aistyling.eu and we will send a new print free of charge. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Digital portraits

Digital portraits are not shipped. You receive the files by email after you approve your preview.
